Q: Have you received my payment?
A: You can Track your payments progress to us using the Tracking Number on the receipt you should have received from whatever carrier you used to send us your payment. If that doesn't work, contact us and we will look into it and get back to you.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed, shipped and delivered?
A: We typically process our orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Orders are sent out via USPS Prioty Mail Service. Depending on the state you are in, your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days.
Q: Why were some of my products substituted?
A: Occassionaly we run out of an item so we will substitute the closest available product in its place to ensure your order gets shipped in a timely manner.
