FAQ
1.) How long does it take for my order to be processed, shipped and delivered?
We typically process our orders within 24-48 houts of receiving payment. Orders are shipped with USPS prioty mail service. Depending on the state you are in, your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Please note: Due to COVID-19 delays some customers have recieved their packages later than that. This is out of our control.
2.) Has my payment been received?
Before sending an email to our customer service team about the status of your order please check your tracking number on the receipt you recieved from which ever mail carrier you used to ship us your payment. That number will let you know if your payment has been delivered to us. This is also the fastest way for us to assist you with your order. It is imperitive that you keep your tracking info on hand in case your order is misplaced through USPS. If you cannot provide us your tracking number we cannot verify you ever shipped payment and will not be able to compensate you.
3.) Why were some of my products substituted?
If you ordered a product and it is no longer in stock by the time your payment is recieved we will substitute for the closest available product in its place to ensure your order gets shipped in a timely manner. If you prefer any specific substituions please include a note with your order.
